Is it really free?
Yes. No listing fees, no commissions, no premium tiers. We're funded by grants and community support, not by charging makers.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
Not at all. The signup form takes about a minute, and your profile goes live right away. No tech skills needed.
What about bad reviews?
Honest feedback builds credibility. If a review is fake or from someone who never bought from you, the community can flag it. Reviews with multiple flags get a warning label, and community members can add context notes to set the record straight. No gatekeepers. The community self-moderates.
What's the QR code for?
It's a link straight to your profile. Customers scan it at your booth to see your story and leave a review. Search works too, so the QR code is optional.
